Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs:
We generally use flat rate shipping starting meaning you pay a single fixed shipping charge regardless of your order size, the more you order the more you effectively save.

Current shipping charges are £5.99 per order for the UK, £20.00 for Europe and £30.00 for the Rest of the World.

The shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout

Shipping for extra large or heavy items will be charged extra and will be detailed on the product page


Delivery Information:
Orders can be delivered to your home or work place. Deliveries are normally made on weekdays (Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm) and may require a signature.
If no-one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.
All orders are normally delivered within 1-3 working days.

Returns:
Returns are generally only excepted for faulty items.
If we otherwise agree to accept a return we reserve the right to levy a handling charge as may be indicated on the sales invoice.
All returns must be notified to us before sending to obtain return authorisation number.
Without this number returns will not be processed or refunds issued.
Postage for returned items is at buyers expense
