This product is for ECU Remapping to delete the Adblue system from the ECU software.


Useful for when your car develops an Adblue fault and gives you the " Limited Engine Start " warning commonly found on Mercedes Benz, BMW and others.

If you have this issue please contact us and we can advise if your vehicle is compatible for Adblue deletion.

( many cars can be done but sadly not all, although the range is expanding all the time )


As with our other remaps you can add an extra option at the same time.





How To Buy

For all ECU remapping options please add the appropriate option to your basket and remember to include your vehicle details in the comments section during the checkout process. ( Vehicle Make, Model, Year, Engine Size, Engine Power and Fuel type)

We charge our base price for a single remap operation - such as Power Remap

Any further options added are charged as a single supplement to the base price - these can include DPF software, EGR delete etc.

Our professional ECU remapping services are divided into the following categories,

1 - OBD Socket compatible vehicles
This covers most vehicles from year 2000 to present day that are remapped using the OBD Socket.
Time for completion is typically 1 to 2 hours.
This can be requested as a mobile service along with the suitable mobile service supplement.

2 - Tricore and KTag compatible vehicles ( ECU removed from vehicle and programmed on the bench )
This covers the later vehicles typically from 2008 that are fitted with the Tricore protected ECU.
Time for completion is typically 3 to 4 hours
Example vehicles include Mercedes, AUDI, BMW, VW often from year 2008 onwards.
Due to the programming process this option has to be completed at our workshops.


3 - DPF Software Removal
If you prefer you can arrange for your own garage to remove the actual DPF filter and this software removal service adjusts the ECU to allow the filter to be removed.
Time for completion is typically 1 to 2 hours

IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELATING TO THE RETURN OF COMPLETE FUEL INJECTION VEHICLE KITS


The vehicle kits will normally be supplied with the ECU pre loaded with an initial start file.


This initial start file is simply provided as an aid for engine starting, it should not be considered a suitable final calibration for your engine.
You must be prepared to undertake further ECU calibration work to ensure the ECU files are tailored to your vehicle.
Failure to successfully complete the calibration process may lead to poor vehicle driveability or even damage to your engine.

Our Classic Fuel Injection Kits are custom built to order and to the customer general specification and as such are exempt from automatic return rights under Consumer Contract regulations.
By ordering this conversion kit you understand that further ECU calibration work will be required and the final results are outside of our control.
We cannot accept returns or claims arising from failure to successfully complete the calibration process.
